Late on a Tuesday I received a shock bill of over £1k from SW Water. Wed morning I contacted Enviro-tec who attended around midday and started the leak hunt straight away. It's an old house with fairly random exterior pipe layout. Ian and James were extremely diligent in tracking down the site of the leak (under concrete). Returning early Thursday they continued until it was all repaired. This was a double repair as they mended the initial leak only for another to start in a different location a few minutes later. Highly professional work, cleared up completely after neatly concreting six holes. They left early in the afternoon, job completed. The invoice was very reasonable considering the effort and skills used. Highly recommended.

Efficient and Professional I contacted Enviro-Tec SW Ltd and Liam rang me back within half an hour of leaving a message. He arranged for the survey to be carried out the following day to look at and quote for the job required and supplied the quote the same day. He kept both myself and my tenants informed of the whole process. I was lucky that he was able to fit me in at the end of the same week and his workers traced the leak which fortunately for us was a problem for the SWWA as it was on their side. They then contacted SWWA on our behalf and put the process in hand for them to deal with. I was so impressed with them and how efficient they and their team were. I would highly recommend them and no doubt will use them again when the need arises. I can't recommend them highly enough as I had spent the last couple of months trying to get a plumber to go out and assess the leak at our tenants property most not turning up when they said they would and not informing me that they hadn't turned up, I wish I had found them earlier. I would highly recommend them for any work in the future.

Blocked underground drain pipe Freddie and James arrived today after about 3 hours from the time I contacted Envirotech. They speedily got on with the job and unblocked the drain. They had a kind , confident and professional manner and I would highly recommend them.

The came out as part of a survey conducted by our insurance company. Excellent throughout the visit. Very considerate of our property, conscious of our neighbours and ensuring they left without leaving any mess. Would recommend and would definitely hire privately if we have drain issues in future. We needed the Lead pipe feeding the water supply to our house replacing. Liam attended the same day to survey quoted while on site and work commenced the following day. There was very little disruption to the drive surface as they used the mole to pull the pipe through. After they made good the drive was perfect. All the staff were polite efficient and professional Would highly recommend.

I used this company to replace a leaking mains supply line pipe. They provided a fair quote, were available to start the work on the same day and completed the work to a high standard. All staff I dealt with were very polite and helpful.
